Dr. Win L Chiou is a world-reknowed pharmaceutical scientist in pharmaco-kinetics, the science that describes the absorption of nutrients, drugs and other substances into the skin, organs and body.  

Unlike many scientists at other antiaging skin care product companies whose backgrounds are mostly in chemistry, Dr. Chiou's background is multi-disciplinary in nature. He is well-versed in the fields of biology, physiology and chemistry.  This diverse educational background allowed Dr. Chiou to view antiaging problems not from just one view (e.g. chemistry) but from a balanced view that took the function of the human skin (physiology) and cell absorption (biology) into consideration.  It is no surprise that his multi-disciplinary background uniquely qualified him to develop Eternal Spring Serum (and also explains why his counterparts at other companies could not)

Dr. Chiou's accomplishments not only include inventing one of the world's leading all-natural antiaging skin care products but also other noteworthy achievements such as:
